Working Principle
The tablets to be coated make continuous, complicated orbital motions in the closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline of baffles. During the motion, the coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the technological process and rational technological parameters, while hot, filtered air is supplied under negative pressure.
The hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers and is discharged from the bottom of the layers. This ensures that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the tablet cores dries rapidly and evenly, forming a solid, smooth, and uniform surface film on the tablets.
